Heisey Peerless #300 & #302 produced 1899- 1944*. A major pressed tableware line. This was the first colonial style pattern and represents Heisey's shift from overall pattern design to a simpler, cleaner line from the past. This line obtained its name from the advertisement of "The pattern without a peer". Produced in Crystal with a majority of the items being marked with the "Diamond H" trademark. Over its production span, select items were produced in Crystal Opalescent, Rose, Emerald, Flamingo, Moongleam, Alexandrite & Sahara. Most, but not all, items of this pattern are easily identified by the petticoat of pleats around the base. Heisey used a number of gold based decorations, ruby stain, and other colors. Some Peerless items were later produced with the Old Williamsburg(341) pattern.
* at this date only seven items were still being produced as pattern #300.

Heisey Puritan #341 produced 1903-1938. A major colonial style tableware pattern produced in Crystal with a select few items available in other colors. Most items are marked with the "Diamond H".
Although a simple design, this is a very confusing pattern. In 1939 Heisey reused the number and renamed the pattern to "Old Williamsburg" Some items, mainly the stems, were continued from Puritan, but then Heisey included items from Peerless (300), Stem line (373) and other colonial patterns into Old Williamsburg. In the mid-1940's some of the original molds were redesigned.
From 1959-1984 Imperial started production of at least 80 items under the Old Williamsburg name in all their production colors including Crystal. Imperial items from 1959-1965 may be marked with the "Diamond H".

Heisey Quator #355 produced 1913-1935. A small Art Deco type pressed pattern with most of the items being square including the nappies. Produced in Crystal, with only the footed cream and sugar being made in Moongleam, Flamingo, Sahara, & Marigold. The individual ashtray was produced in an experimental light blue. The hotel sugar & cream are often found cut or etched. These items are normally marked with the "Diamond H".
The nappies were later re-worked and made part of Quaker(1463). There is an identifiable difference. The heavy square hotel sugar & cream were redesigned with ridges (Ribbed Quator 1206) and is now considered by some to be part of the Ridgeleigh(1469) pattern.
Heisey Queen Ann #1509 produced 1938-1957. This major tableware pattern was a continuation of the earlier Empress (1401) pattern. New items were added and not all of the Empress items were converted. Most Queen Ann items have a perpendicular optic which is not seen in the Empress pieces. Most of the Queen Ann items are marked with the "Diamond H".
This Queen Ann pattern is drastically different from Heisey's #365 Queen Anne which was produced 1907-13.
The current industry practice is to consider all Crystal items to be Queen Ann (1509) and all colored items to be Empress(1401) disregarding the optic or lack thereof. To avoid confusion, we will follow that practice in our listings. For the specialist, we will gladly properly identify the item if possible when requested.
In 1981 Imperial Glass Corporation produced the dolphin footed floral bowl in Sunshine Yellow and a Jug in Green. Both of these items were also marked with the circle CG. This information is noted here even though they were made in color due to the Queen Ann optics.
